Kittrell does not live there; he has an address of 656B Stroudwater St. Police say he was at the apartment and tried to keep police from getting in.<br />More arrests are certain, police say, as the Westbrook Police Department and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency continue their investigation. Two more arrests should be announced early this morning.<br />"The dominoes in the local drug trade have begun to fall," Westbrook Police Chief William D. Baker said in a prepared statement.

Patrick Kimball of Eliot, Maine, pleaded guilty yesterday to two misdemeanor counts of drug possession. Prosecutors say that in November, an officer helped Kimball pour gas into his car, then got in and helped start it up.<br />While in the car, the officer says he saw a bag of marijuana in plain view. Police say several more bags were found in a later search of the car and of Kimball.<br />Prosecutors asked for a 1-year jail sentence with six months suspended. A sentencing hearing will be held in one month.
