Nakamura Yukihito was about to board a flight to Bangkok when Sub-Inspector Kamal Singh of the Central Industrial Security Force stopped him for a security check around 11 p.m. on Tuesday. <br /> During frisking, the police officer allegedly detected 160 capsules wrapped round Nakamura’s groin area.<br />On further investigation, the capsules were found to be containing 144 gm of fine quality hashish.

A Nepali national allegedly running an international syndicate in the smuggling of hashish has been arrested by the Delhi zonal unit of the Narcotics Control Bureau. <br /> The agency has seized a consignment of wooden artefacts with over 11 kg of hashish concealed in them.<br />While investigating the chain through which hashish consignments originating from Nepal are smuggled into European countries and the United States through India, the <br /> Narcotics Control Bureau zeroed in on some parcels of wooden artefacts (replicas of Asoka pillars) being couriered to Moscow.
