John Drutherosky,Frank Howe,Jessica White each arrested and charged with heroin possession

John Drutherosky, of Archbald, Frank Howe, of Moscow, and Jessica White, of Carbondale, were each arrested and charged with heroin possession with intent to deliver, a first-degree felony. Police said Ms. White was wanted by Scranton police for a prior charge of cocaine possession.Mr. Drutherosky, driver of the Chevrolet Silverado, was flagged by police at 11:30 p.m. near the Central Scranton Expressway. Police said they confiscated three syringe needles and a glass crack pipe.
All three suspects were remanded to Lackawanna County Prison, where Mr. Howe is being held on $50,000 bail and Ms. White on $100,000 for two charges.
