Lee R. Whitworth, 56, of Belvidere was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, within 1,000 feet of public housing. The Class 1 felony is punishable by four to 15 years in prison. Whitworth was taken to the Boone County Jail on $50,000 bond.Cheryl L. Smith, 52, also of Belvidere was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, within 1,000 feet of public housing. Smith’s charge was also a Class 1 felony. She was taken to Boone County Jail on $50,000 bond.

my niece just got her sentencing at san diego after being on bail for over three yrs. She refuses to tell her distraught grandmother what has occurred and my mom is heartrrken. she had been charged with 10 counts of meth transport..but she wont tell anyone where she is or long her sentence is. poor grandma took such good care of her and we cant find the answers of where she will be imprisoned or for how long..anyone know what 10 cts of meth distribution can mean in yrs 5-10 more? less? her bail was 100000. when will my mom get that bk?
