Finks gang member jailed for contempt: "Finks bikie has been given a two-year jail sentence for failing to answer questions before Western Australia's corruption watchdog.

Stephen John Wallace, 47, on Tuesday in the WA Supreme Court in Perth, was the last of five Finks members to be given a two-year prison sentence on contempt charges.

Wallace, Tristan Allbeury, Stephen Silvestro, Troy Smith and Clovis Chikonga were summonsed to answer questions before the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) about a violent brawl with rival bikies, the Coffin Cheaters at a Perth speedway.

But they refused to co-operate with the commission over the October 3, 2010, brawl which left Silvestro and Smith with injuries.

In court on Tuesday, Chief Justice Wayne Martin, who convicted the five, noted that Wallace had on 18 different occasions given the answer 'no comment' when appearing before the CCC."
