Saysirisanh is an Asian male, 180 pounds and is 5 feet 6 inches tall. Appel said Saysirisanh has lived in the area for many years.Shortly before 3 p.m. on Jan. 19, task force agents executed a search warrant at 211 Clary St. as part of an ongoing investigation into Saysirisanh’s activities. The residence was unoccupied.
Inside, agents located and seized 21.6 grams of methamphetamine, more than three pounds of suspected marijuana, $6,758 cash, electronic scales, a sawed-off shotgun and papers bearing Saysirisanh’s name.The task force has been unable to locate Saysirisanh and has received information he may have left the area.

He has a previous 2006 felony drug conviction in Redwood County for a second-degree controlled substance crime.
