Richard Dale Halstead,was charged with felony possession of cocaine

Richard Dale Halstead, 25, of 1642 Riverbend Drive, was charged with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects and probation violation, reports stated. According to Floyd County Jail records: Halstead was kicked out of a vehicle in the 800 block of Old Dalton Road because of a fight around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.Police confiscated a glass pipe with suspected crack cocaine. There was a warrant out for his arrest. He remained in jail Sunday night on $1,250 bail.
