search of the Circle Avenue residence of Carlton J. Burrell, 25, allegedly found cocaine, marijuana, scales, packaging material and other drug paraphernalia.<br />Police said when the search warrant was executed, Burrell was allegedly packaging cocaine for resale in his kitchen.He was arraigned in Kingston City Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.
